Who is it for?
Companies and groups that already share WordPress editing, where an administrator wants trusted non-accounting staff to prepare the organization’s official invoices in a shared format.
Do we have to send invoices from WordPress?
No. Share an invoice link or print it, then send it using the email or messaging tools your team already uses.
Do we need to connect a payment processor?
No payment-service account connection is required. Invoice ! is designed around your payment instructions and an optional payment link. It does not track payments or reconcile accounts.
Does a subscription change old invoices?
No. The credit setting is recorded when an invoice is first issued. Corrections keep that setting; duplicating an invoice creates a new issue.
Is this accounting or international invoicing software?
No. The first release focuses on U.S. domestic invoices in USD. Accounting, payment tracking, currency conversion and cross-border tax handling are outside its scope.
